Solve a
problem
The checks to make before changing the project or asking for a custom study.
No standard solution is offered
The need, the depth, the delivery height and the length of pipe come first. A wrong value or a wrong unit can be enough to fall outside the standard domain.
If the data are correct, the project requires a custom study. The message displayed by the application then indicates the appropriate route to contact.
The panel chosen makes the study impossible
Going back to step 6 and selecting the automatic choice. If the solutions reappear, the voltages of the panel chosen are compatible with none of the controllers offered for this project.
Wp, Vmp, Voc and the temperature coefficients are to be checked against the manufacturer's data sheet before a new entry.
A value is corrected automatically
Certain fields are limited to the supported domain. When a value falls outside that range, the application displays the value actually used. The field is to be checked before continuing.
The TDH seems too high
The dynamic water level, the delivery height and the length of pipe are the values to check. The TDH also includes the head losses; it is therefore higher than the simple sum of the two heights entered.
A PRO function appears locked
The account connection and the scope of the licence are the points to check. A PRO badge can remain visible on an authorised account; a lock is recognisable by the greyed-out content and the information link.
The report does not open
Allowing the new tab to open in the browser, then pressing the button again. For printing, enable “Graphiques d'arrière-plan”, the background graphics option.
The results change after a setting
The sizing month, the number of panels, the angle and certain installation choices recalculate the study. These settings are to be made before producing the report.
The number of questions to the AI has been reached
Three caps frame the block “The AI answers your questions”. The message displayed indicates which one has been reached.
Study cap: “You have used all {n} questions for this study. To go further, please contact our team.” The counter is specific to the study displayed: another study starts again with its own. The message points to the SINES team to go further on the same study.
Daily cap: “You have reached today's question limit. You can ask again tomorrow.” The account counter resets on the following calendar day.
Monthly cap of the service: “This service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.” This last level is global to all accounts and resets on the following calendar month. The same message appears when the service does not respond.
In all three cases, only the AI block stops: the result blocks and the report remain available.
The application asks for a wait between two questions
A minimum interval separates two submissions. During the wait, the status line under the field displays “Please wait {s} s before the next question.” and the “Ask” button stays inactive; it re-enables itself at the end of the countdown.
When a question is sent too early all the same, the server answers “Please wait a few seconds between two questions.” The question is not counted in that case.
